KeepNest runs in Chrome and keeps everything on your machine. Here is the whole setup, in order.

Install from the Chrome Web Store
Open the store listing and choose Add to Chrome. Pin the icon so you can reach it from any tab.

Set up your first topic
A topic is a direction you care about. Write what belongs in it, and add a few trigger words or sources.

Choose how that topic gets processed
Summarize the key points, extract prompts, or write your own instruction. Different topics can behave differently.

Connect Obsidian
Pick a folder in your local vault under Sync targets. KeepNest writes Markdown there and keeps your original links.
Built for reading later, not losing later
Reading it back
Search by title, tag or source. Open an item and you get the original image and text together, plus whatever your processing task produced.
What KeepNest can and cannot see
It reads the page when you save it, and stores that content in its own library. It does not read your browsing history and does not track what you open.
