This policy explains subscription cancellation and refunds for KeepNest digital services.
Digital subscription policy
You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Payments already processed are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated by KeepNest.

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. After cancellation, you can use the service until the end of the current paid period, and no further renewal charge will be made.

Payments that have already been processed are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where otherwise stated by KeepNest. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your request.
